Privacy Policy

Effective June 17, 2026

This policy describes how Fusion Codeworks, LLC ("Fusion Codeworks," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website, fusion-codeworks.com. It covers the website only. Any software we publish under separate terms is governed by its own privacy policy.

01 Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:

  • Information you send us. If you email hello@fusion-codeworks.com, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents of your message.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages requested, and timestamps. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.
  • Aggregate analytics (if enabled). We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics that measure overall site usage without identifying you individually. We do not build advertising profiles.

This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

02 How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries you send us.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
  • To understand aggregate usage and improve the site.
  • To comply with applicable law and protect our legal rights.

03 Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests (responding to your messages, and operating and securing the site), on the basis of consent where we ask for it, and to meet legal obligations.

04 Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site — such as our hosting and email providers — and only as needed for those services, or where required by law or to protect our rights.

05 International transfers

Fusion Codeworks is based in the United States and our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data out of the EEA or UK.

06 Data retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to address your inquiry and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and reliability.

07 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability (GDPR / UK GDPR). California residents have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" (CCPA / CPRA) — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect any processing we carried out before you withdrew. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office).

To make a request, email hello@fusion-codeworks.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

08 Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in the EEA or UK (which ranges from 13 to 16 depending on the country). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

09 Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
